The RoleWe are seeking an engaging, community-driven Sales Manager to join our residential Sales team and drive growth in our Drift Lifestyle Community in Hervey Bay. This role is responsible for all residential sales within the community, engaging the local community and prospective buyers to ensure an exceptional customer experience and positive commercial outcomes.
Driving license is required as there may be some travel to other communities in the region.
Key Accountabilities
Partner across the business (Development, Operations, Marketing, and Asset Service teams)Assist in developing community marketing plans, advising on market trends, competitive activity, and promotional strategiesAchieve community sales budgets and forecastsMeet monthly sales targets aligned with community budgetsDevelop sales strategies for the local market in collaboration with stakeholders and managementLeverage the community customer database to meet commercial outcomes and sales targetsManage client relationships from initial enquiry to settlement to ensure positive outcomesLead by example—support, coach, motivate, and engage the team to achieve high performance and company goals
About You
Proven experience in residential or project sales preferredStrong local area knowledgeExperience with CRM systems is advantageousProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team
