* Permanent part time or casual position available
To be successful in this role you will require;
* Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
* Recent National Police check
* First Aid CPR certificate (HLTAID001)
* Experience in community nursing is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
* A registered and insured vehicle for work purposes
* Drivers License
Roles and responsibilities:
* Delivering and maintaining care plans that identify the participants health condition, level of care required and the necessary medical interventions needed
* Personal care of clientele
* Emotional support
* medication supervision and administration
* wound assessment and dressing
* injections
* liaison with doctors, Allied and other health services
