About the Role
* You will provide proactive support to our CEO and Chairman.
* Manage shifting calendars, travel, and logistics across multiple countries.
* Prepare materials, correspondence, and meeting agendas.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor management.
* Support events, workshops, and team rhythms in the Mornington office.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior admin support.
* Confidence managing competing priorities and shifting schedules.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Discretion, proactivity, and the ability to anticipate needs.
* Experience working across time zones (global organisation experience ideal).
* High proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Zoom, shared calendars.
