Our technology team are doing some amazing things as part of our Change and Transformation Program across the business. We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced Systems Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract. Based in our MHub (Head Office) in Abbotsford this role will have visibility and engagement across the business with key stakeholder relationships within Loyalty, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Technology and Customer Experience. We are looking for previous experience within a retail head office or retail technical environment (ideally) or advanced skills across e-commerce, ERP, POS, Order management Systems (ITSM workflow).
What Will Your Day Look Like?
As Systems Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring that POS systems are fully operational, and that functionality is fully utilised in order to achieve the best result for our store staff and customers. Your knowledge working with POS Systems, ERP and retail specific technologies will be highly valued in this role.
What you will bring to this role;
- You will have proficient knowledge of POS Systems, managing the POS systems as well as creating POS documentation and procedures
- As part of the retail technology team you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and thrive on building relationships with your key stakeholders
- You will have tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent and have more than 2 years of work experience from a retail environment.
- You will have working knowledge of ITSM tools and technologies
- Ideally have previous experience working in an Australian based retail environment Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to foster partnerships is a must.
- Basic awareness of infrastructure: data centres, networking, cloud, hardware.
- An innovative mindset, open to new ideas including challenging established processes and tools
- Have completed Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or related disciplines.
- With the nature of this role, only holders of PR and Australian Citizenship, and those with full working rights will be considered.
