* Providing expert advice on contract law and regulatory matters
* Managing, negotiating, and advising on commercial IT agreements
* Advising on intellectual property matters and data protection law
* Ensuring business awareness of regulatory requirements
* Mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team
* Fostering strong relationships with the business and external counsel
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 10 years PQE gained in-house or from a respected private practice firm
* Broad-ranging corporate, regulatory, and commercial law experience
* Prior exposure to commercial IT agreements and data protection law
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
