Located on Sydney's North Shore, Hotel Urban St Leonards offers boutique-style hotel accommodation with modern amenities. The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to public transport providing easy access to Sydney city centre.
Hotel Urban requires a Guest Service Agent with an outgoing personality who is willing to walk the extra mile and able to multitask. The position will require the successful applicant to work full-time hours on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm (2 set days off on weekday).
**The duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Greeting guests on arrival.
- Administering check-in and check-outs
- Processing guest payments and maintain guest Accounts
- Taking and entering reservations
- Assist with all guest inquiries and managing complaints
**The successful applicant**:
- High attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- A very **strong focus on customer service**, good use of initiative, excellent communication skills and a high level of personal grooming and presentation.
- Mastery of English is essential
- You are available 5 days/week including weekend on a rotating roster 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm (2 set days off on weekday).
