**About the Role**:
As a Cluster Manager you will oversee 4 stores in WA and 3 in SA, predominantly being based in the Rockingham store. You will encourage and empower 6 Store Managers and a team of 35, to achieve outstanding levels of customer and team engagement while executing excellence in store standards and retail operations. Conduct weekly store visits and check-ins, and quarterly visits to SA too.
