A leading global technology company is searching for a
Webinar Content Manager
to own the planning, localisation, and execution of webinar content across the JAPAC region. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual content specialist who can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives and deliver high-quality webinar experiences for regional audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Localisation
* Adapt global webinar content, messaging, and assets to ensure cultural and market relevance for JAPAC.
* Manage translation/localisation across Tier 1 languages and ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
* Develop contingency assets (slides, scripts, video) for seamless live delivery.
Speaker Management & Enablement
* Build and manage a network of regional subject matter experts and webinar speakers.
* Coach speakers on messaging, storytelling, and delivery best practice.
* Run dry-runs, provide feedback, and ensure readiness for live events.
Webinar Delivery
* Oversee end-to-end webinar flow, engagement cues, Q&A, and real-time adjustments.
* Partner with technical production teams to ensure smooth execution and platform readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with field, digital, campaign, and production teams on promotion, registration targets, and post-event workflow.
* Coordinate with translation partners and agencies to maintain cultural and linguistic quality.
About You:
* Japanese speaker
with fluent English.
* 5+ years' experience in content strategy, localisation, or digital content roles (B2B SaaS or marketing tech ideal).
* Strong experience producing or delivering webinars, digital events, or live content.
* Skilled in managing stakeholders across regions and functions.
* Calm, organised, and capable of solving problems in real time.
