What You'll Be Doing
* Troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware, applications & network issues
* Managing Active Directory — user accounts, groups, OUs
* Setting up and deploying devices (imaging, staging, configuration)
* Working closely with users to deliver exceptional customer service
* Assisting with IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements
What You Bring
* Excellent communication and customer service mindset
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Experience with Windows 7/10/11, AD, O365, Intune
* Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk etc.)
