With our offices located Nationally, this is a 6 month max-term full-time role can be based from either Jagera Giabal and Jarowair Country (Toowoomba), Naarm (Melbourne), Boorloo (Perth) or Wardandi Noongar Country (Bunbury).
What You'll Do
Manage email communications and coordinate policy post-outs Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care Support debtor follow-ups and maintain accurate records Review and monitor submissions to maintain high standards Collaborate with your team to deliver great customer outcomes
