My client is a global media agency with a strong portfolio of brands they conduct events, marketing and digital activities for, whose brands span across food and beverage, health & wellness and technology. working closely with a tight-knit marketing team and with the support of an experienced Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will work across all planning and execution.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Aid the marketing manager in implementing and delivering campaigns across various channels, such as creative, media, digital, and print.
* Manage the website and other digital platforms, including CRM and social media channels, ensuring content remains up-to-date and engaging.
* Develop and execute EDMs and SMS initiatives for events, ensuring effective communication with the target audience.
* Collaborate with the design team to coordinate the creation of various collateral's, including brochures, posters, web banners, and ticketing materials.
* Coordinate promotions and ticketing activities for events under the guidance of the marketing manager.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders internally & externally for marketing campaigns, events and PR launches.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate:
* Relevant degree in Marketing, Digital or Business.
* 1-2 years experience in Marketing, agency is desirable but not essential.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and capacity for excellent communication.
* Experience working with WordPress CMS, and other digital marketing tools for EDM's (i.e mailchimp), social media scheduling (i.eSprout Social) and planning (i.e Monday.Com).
* Prior experience reporting on marketing campaigns.
* Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
