Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing end-to-end payroll tasks, including on-boarding, auditing, reconciliations, terminations, and superannuation. They will also provide advice to key stakeholders on solutions to improving payroll performance.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Perform full function payroll tasks, including on-boarding, auditing, reconciliations, terminations, and superannuation.
* Respond to payroll queries and offer advice to key stakeholders on solutions to improving payroll performance.
* Process, maintain, and reconcile payroll accounts and provide reporting analysis to the management team.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-level payroll processing position.
* Exposure to Australian payroll processes and legislative framework at a national level.
* Willingness and ability to work as part of a cooperative team to achieve team deliverables.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-focused position.
