Job Description
The COO will play a key support role to the General Manager, and lead a diverse and experienced Operations and Project teams. Your role will include, and not be limited to :
* Operations & Project Delivery : Engineering / design, project management, production, procurement, and warehousing.
* Project Financials : Cost control, delivery time-lines, and margin preservation across projects from $0.5M to $10M+.
* Systems & Processes : Initiate and lead implementation of best practices and operational platforms (., Netsuite).
* Team Leadership : Manage / influence 5-7 functional leads across engineering, production, projects, procurement, and finance.
* Culture Stewardship : Maintain our transparent, merit-based, and self-policing culture.
