As an Outpatient Administrative Officer – Allied Health, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination and day-to-day functioning of selected Allied Health outpatient services at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and/or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering friendly and efficient service while managing a range of essential administrative tasks with accuracy and care. In this role, you’ll work closely with clinical staff to support patient care from an administrative standpoint, helping to organise appointments, manage records, and ensure everything runs like clockwork. Solid administrative experience – confident using Microsoft Office programs and various office equipment, with accurate keyboard skills (minimum 20–30 wpm) and a sound grasp of spelling, grammar and numeracy.
