Job Title
As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for the running of the night-fill department ensuring deadlines are met, our shelves are fully stocked and exceptional store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.
This role involves direct leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
Additionally, you will be expected to keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
Other key responsibilities include driving a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first.

* To be flexible with evening working hours
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
