This role focuses on developing current accounts, assessing customer needs, preparing tailored proposals, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.ResponsibilitiesDrive growth of the commercial HVAC business within an assigned territoryIdentify and target prospective clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry eventsConduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and recommend HVAC systems, products, and servicesPrepare competitive proposals with equipment specifications, pricing, and timelinesPartner with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure successful project deliveryNegotiate contracts and close deals that align with profitability and customer satisfaction goalsMaintain accurate sales activity and client records in CRMStay informed on industry trends, technology, and competitor offeringsRepresent the organization at trade shows, association meetings, and community eventsProvide post-sale support to encourage repeat business and referralsQualificationsProven sales experience, preferably within HVAC, construction, or a related technical fieldStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to establish and maintain long-term client relationshipsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's license requiredAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
