Overview
* Responsible for driving branch growth, profitability, and operational excellence, ensuring OEM Groups' continued success in the territory.
Strategy and Planning
* Drive new client acquisition and manage key accounts in the territory
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch objectives and expand the company's market presence
* Identify and lead new product/services opportunities and implement strategies to implement.
* Drive exposure, and represent the business at local business networking events and industry forums
* Drive growth of the Karratha Service Department to maximize service revenue
Sales Execution
* Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly performance targets and related KPIs
* Ensure timely delivery of products / services
Team Leadership & Management
* Build, develop and scale the branch into a high performing regional hub,
* Foster a culture of continual improvement and exceptional performance to improve sustained profitability and competitiveness in the marketplace, even in challenging business conditions
* Mentor and support team members to achieve individual and branch goals
Branch Leadership and Operations
* Full accountability for branch P&L and operational performance
* Management of branch operational areas, including but not limited to; Warehouse, Service, Asset Management & Inventory
* Ensure site presentation meets company standards, including safety
* Proactively liaise with operations to ensure branch operational excellence i.e. vehicles, premises, facilities, warehouse, etc.
Governance and Reporting
* Maintain accurate forecasts and performance reports
* Track KPIs and implement corrective actions as necessary
* Ensure adherence to company operational procedures
We are looking for someone ideally with 5 years' experience in sales management or similar role.
Desired:
* Demonstrated leadership in a regional or remote location
* Trade/technical background
