y — and we're looking for a Residential Site Manager to lead our Harris Crossing project

About the Role
Living Gems delivers high-quality homes within 12–16 weeks — so experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential
You'll manage:
* A large-scale site with
500+ homes
to be built over the next 4+ years
* Up to 60 homes at different stages of construction
* Contractors, labourers, and plant operators
* Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion
* Site set-up, framing, and through to handover — depending on your skills
Your focus: keep trades moving seamlessly from one house to the next by ensuring everyone is ready, scheduled, and productive.
What You'll Need
* Trade qualification (carpentry preferred)
* QBCC Supervisor Licence (essential)
* Proven experience in production/volume residential construction
* Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills
* OH&S knowledge and commitment to safety
* Tech confidence (construction software)
* A valid driver's licence
* Proactive, hands-on approach — someone who leads from the front
