Alfred Infant Child and Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (ICYAMHWS) is friendly to infants, children, young people and their families/carers. We provide accessible mental health services inclusive of family, friends and support networks. We are a specialist, multi-disciplinary and intensive care mental health service incorporating the lived and living experience of family peer specialists and youth peer workers.
Position Details
* Permanent, Full-Time (1.0 EFT / 80 Hours + ADO)
* Salary Range: $101k - $121k (Depending on Experience & Discipline)

What you'll be doing
* The Senior Clinician will be part of a supportive interdisciplinary team, reporting to the Inner South Sector Team Leader.
* Care will involve the young person, their family, and support networks, combining lived experience and clinical staff.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (min 5 years experience)
o Bachelor Degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing or equivalent OR Bachelor Degree in Nursing or equivalent plus an approved postgraduate qualification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing.
o Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
* Occupational Therapist (min 7 years experience)
o Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia via AHPRA to practice with the National Board.
* Speech Therapist (min 7 years experience)
o Registration as a speech therapist with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
* Social Worker (min 7 years experience)
o Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
o Desirable - Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
* Psychologist (min 5 years experience)
o Current registration as a psychologist with Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) via AHPRA to practice with the board.
o Endorsement as a clinical psychologist under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009 or eligibility and willingness to participate in a registrar training program leading to endorsement.
o A masters or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
You'll also have to complete/provide a valid Victorian Working with Children Check, be willing to undergo a background check, and you'll require Australian working rights.
