Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Partner to collaborate with our global commercial C-level leaders and their teams to develop and implement people and culture strategies that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have extensive strategic and HR functional knowledge, strong coaching skills and the ability to plan and execute flawlessly on people-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a deep understanding of the business to guide and influence leaders on their talent agenda.
2. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with multiple leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
3. Guide the business through all talent processes, including performance management cycle, compensation processes, internal mobility, business unit restructuring, workforce and succession planning, and manager training.
4. Partner with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards on opening and closing roles ensuring alignment with CareDx's job architecture and org design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* 10+ years in progressive senior HR positions demonstrating accountability, impact, growth, and at least 5 years of experience in HRBP function.
* Prior experience partnering with VP and C-Suite level executives, comfortable partnering with both employees and leadership and moving regularly between tactical and strategic priorities.
* Strategic mindset with excellent project management skills, strong delivery and execution focus.
