Empire Home Enhancements is seeking enthusiastic and driven Entry Sales Representative to join our promotional team in Gawler, South Australia. In this full-time hours but casual based role, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers in their own neighborhoods. Your primary role will be to promote our products, generate interest and leads to drive sales through direct interaction. Your Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging face-to-face with residential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions from our premium home enhancement range.
* Provide clear and compelling information while demonstrating our products and services to generate customer interest and leads.
* Approach the role with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with interested prospects.
* Collaborate with your team manager to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
* Ability to maintain high energy levels throughout the day.
* Strong ability to engage with diverse audiences and build rapport.
* Must be willing to travel fortnightly, 6 nights at a time. (non-negotiable)
* Must be an Australian citizen to meet work rights requirements for this role.
