This role requires a high degree of organisation, attention to detail and accuracy whist cultivating positive working relationships Tasks & Responsibilities Accounts related tasks, both accounts payable and recievable Reconciling transactions in Xero and ensuring all transactions have compliant support documentation Liaising with customers to ensure a timely payment of invoices Ensuring supplier invoices paid have internal purchas orders Liaising with suppliers via phone and email to ensure invoices are correct Reconciling Credit Card Transactions General administration duties Willingness to be trained in and perform any of the duties reasonable to the role Skills & experience Demonstrated Experience in Accounts payable tasks Experience in Xero Experience jobpac highly regarded A high level of attention to detail and accuracy Interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction from numerous stakeholders Strong Communication Skills ( Written and Verbal) Ability to work unsupervised and be able to work within a team environment Be self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic Excellent time management and attention to detail Immediate start for the right candiate Benefits & Perks A Full time Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm role Centrally located in Adelaide Stree Brisbane.
