Strategic Business Growth Manager
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in business development to drive growth within major mining and minerals processing projects. As a seasoned professional with a strong senior management network, you will influence specifications with Owners and EPC/M organisations, capitalise on opportunities with contractors and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and achieving strategic objectives within the assigned territory
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Owners, EPC/Ms, and Constructors
Providing expert advice and solutions to target customers
Maximising opportunities through effective territory planning and management
Contributing to training initiatives for specifiers, distributors, and contractors
Providing timely and accurate market intelligence and reporting

You are a highly driven and results-oriented business development professional with a proven track record of success in the mining sector. Your strong influencing, analytical, and strategic skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, will enable you to excel in this role.
Seeking a long-term opportunity, you will also possess the following skills and attributes:
A university degree, preferably in engineering, or equivalent professional sales qualifications with strong technical acumen
Significant experience in business development at management levels within the mining sector
A well-established senior management network within Owner, EPC/M, and Constructor organisations in the mining industry
Demonstrated experience in executing complex and technical sales into major projects
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical expertise effectively to diverse audiences
Excellent computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suite) and CRM proficiency
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally, nationally, and occasionally internationally
