Responsibilities
* Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and grow long‐term relationships with key customers, becoming their go‐to contact and trusted advisor across their operations.
* Drive Business Growth: Identify and secure new opportunities within the aftermarket sector, expand the partner network, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
* Deliver Technical Solutions: Understand customer challenges and apply your hydraulic expertise to deliver practical, value‐driven solutions that strengthen customer outcomes.
* Strengthen Customer Success: Support customers beyond the sale, ensuring strong after‐sales engagement, reliability, and long‐term satisfaction.
* Grow Market Presence: Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the market to support business growth and improve our product and service offering.
Qualifications
* 5 years proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, ideally within the mobile hydraulics industry.
* A relevant trade or tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or similar).
* A genuine passion for customer satisfaction, coupled with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
* A self‐motivated, strategic thinker with a drive to achieve results.
