Overview
Our client has a passion for success with industry expertise to deliver exceptional services in paint and blast operations. They are seeking reliable and hardworking Trades Assistant (T/A) Labourers to support their tradespeople on various job sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are prepared, and will assist in general labour duties, preparation, and clean-up activities.
Responsibilities
* Assist tradesperson on-site with day-to-day tasks
* Prepare and set up all required tools, materials, and equipment for the job
* Shadow tradesperson to provide hands-on support as needed
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a construction or industrial environment preferred
* White card
* Ability to follow instructions and work closely with a team
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in the trade
* Commitment to workplace health and safety standards
