Store manager (lithgow)

We want you on the shop floor working beside your team - leading from the front! You will get your hands dirty and be on the go all day every day; helping customers, accepting deliveries, breaking down pallets, merchandising, ticketing and training your staff so that they perform to your high standards.

Pay: $31.36 per hour

• Achieving sales, wage and shrinkage KPIs.

• 2-3 years Store Management experience (apparel).
• A creative flair or experience merchandising stock.
• Positive attitude with lots of initiative.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Passion for retail and bargains.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Brilliant time management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
