Our Aged Care Services require a dedicated team member to provide exceptional housekeeping and cleaning services to ensure a safe and healthy living environment for residents.
This role involves working closely with the General Manager and Hotel Services Team Leader to maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, main entrance, outdoor entertainment areas, admin offices, and dining halls. Additionally, laundry services will be provided and daily needs met for residents.
This is a physically demanding role that requires employees to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing items safely. Employees must be able to perform these tasks without risk of injury to themselves or others.
About You
We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused individual who can build supportive relationships and strive for the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order within the facility.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated cleaning and hospitality experience and is able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with residents on a daily basis.
Additionally, employees must be computer literate, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work off set checklists and follow safety procedures.
