Key responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with a focus on SME's
o Trades & construction, logistics, property developers, veterinary clinics (a key niche for the firm) & medical professionals
* Oversee tax compliance and planning/advisory for businesses
* Provide Virtual CFO services to clients to improve business operations
* Oversee 4 junior staff while being supported by the director
* Supporting the partners with operational improvements and team development
* Eventually step into managing workflow, deadlines and team KPIs
A little about you:
* 4+ years of experience working in an Australian business services firm
* CA or CPA qualifications complete, or in progress
* Strong advisory skills, or a keen interest in progressing into advisory
* A proactive approach to client relationships
* Experience mentoring or managing junior staff (preferred)
* Someone who wants to step into leadership and grow with the firm
