In this role, you'll play a critical part in the smooth functioning of the Service Investigations team. As the Triage Consultant each day offers opportunities to build specialist knowledge, strengthen your decision‑making capability, and position yourself for future advancement within the wider investigations function.
You will review and prioritise newly submitted missing service cases, respond to enquiries from workers and employers with clarity and professionalism, and ensure that each case is triaged accurately and within established timeframes. In doing so, you will work closely with Investigators and Senior Consultants to gather preliminary information, maintain accurate records, and establish a sound foundation for the investigation process.
This hands‑on exposure will build your understanding of LeavePlus systems, legislation and operational procedures, providing a strong platform for those seeking to progress into more advanced roles within the Service Investigations team.
