We are looking for talent to fill several roles - Principal Consultant / Senior Consultant / Consultant / Junior Consultant.
Working with direction from the Associate Director - Asset Management, you will lead the delivery of projects to successfully enable capability uplift for our clients. This will include a variety of consultancy and transformation projects for high profile infrastructure organisations across multiple sectors.
Repeat business and follow-on project work is a main source of revenue generation. It is a result of our team delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. We expect that you will contribute to further growing our reputation and market presence through our outstanding consulting work, client relationship building skills and a talent at identifying new opportunities.
- Lead the development and delivery of complex Asset Management projects, programs, and governance
- Deliver across multiple commissions simultaneously whilst ensuring effective resource management, quality, and timeliness
- Review and negotiate contractual obligations with clients in line with the business risk appetite
- Actively grow strategic accounts in line with Business Strategy, with direct responsibility for select accounts, and ensuring active and regular client engagement
- Regularly consult with clients and strengthen existing relationships, whilst also identifying business opportunities in new and existing markets
- Own, develop and communicate service offerings, including standard proposal templates and options
- Proactively manage any internal or external escalation issues and provide appropriate mitigations to address risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective coaching and knowledge transfer to the team and peers.
- Communicate project successes and capture client feedback
- Mentor and support the development of other consultants working under your lead
**Qualifications**:
- Degree level and/or professional (chartered) qualification in one of the following fields: management consulting, business management, or engineering.
- 5-10 years' experience in asset management, business management, and / or consultancy
- Sufficient experience within asset intensive organisations to understand how they operate, their challenges, and how to implement successful capability uplift
- Experience of developing and managing innovative and complex programmes, Service Lines or Business Units for asset intensive organisations
- Experience managing clients, scoping and delivering projects and deliverables, and developing opportunities
- A network of industry contacts, and a demonstrated active participation in industry events
