We are seeking graduating or recently graduated university students to join our Graduate Program commencing February 2027. As part of a global mining organisation, you’ll play a meaningful role in our operations while building a strong foundation for a long-term career. About the Role

As a Graduate IT & IS professional, you will be offered a permanent position within our IT & Information Systems teams, gaining hands-on experience across a range of technical and business support functions. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing support to users and maintaining the onsite desktop fleet
* Assisting with IT problem-solving and system improvements
* Analysing business functions to identify opportunities for process or system enhancements
* Supporting the development and implementation of IT solutions to optimise business performance
* Participating in site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations

You’ll work closely with over 50 IT & IS professionals, including experts in telecommunication, systems engineering, application development, systems analysis, and IS support, ensuring you learn from industry leaders while contributing to real-world outcomes.

* Hunter Valley, NSW
* Mudgee, NSW
* Greater Mackay region, QLD
* Greater Emerald region, QLD
Graduate Development

* Gain exposure to IT operations, system development, and business analysis
* Participate in site rotations, providing experience across multiple operations

About You

You will be:

* Qualified with a Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (completed prior to commencement)
* Committed to working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
* Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop professionally
