The Role
Civil Construction Operator and Team Leader:
* Working on Council infrastructure, including maintaining and constructing; roadworks, footpaths, kerbing and storm water drainage systems
* Operation of various large mobile plant; water carts, rollers, loaders, excavators, skid steers etc
* Asphalt / concrete work
* Read and understand plans, conducting surveying and locating of services
* A proactive approach to motivate and lead crew's
* Associated general labouring duties
Experience – Qualifications essential
* Experience in a similar role min 2 years
* HR Licence
* Excavator ticket
* Front end loader ticket
* Skid steer loader ticket
* Roller ticket
* Cert 3 civil construction – desirable
* Traffic management ticket
* National Police Clearance
* Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol test
