We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to manage and grow our Gold Coast and surrounding regions.
This role suits someone who enjoys being on the road, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across automotive, industrial, transport, and heavy equipment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an established customer base while actively growing new business across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas
Develop strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, industrial clients, and distributors
Identify opportunities to expand product penetration and introduce new Hi-Tec Oils solutions
Conduct regular face-to-face client visits, site inspections, and product demonstrations
Prepare quotes, tenders, and sales proposals
Work closely with internal sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales reporting as required
Represent Hi-Tec Oils professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales or business development (lubricants, automotive, industrial, transport, or manufacturing highly regarded)
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a national sales team
Experience calling on workshops, fleet, or industrial customers is highly desirable
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region
