Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager, based in Fitzroy North, VIC, with some flexibility to work from home.
We will consider applicants from Sydney who would be able to work from home.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives with client needs.
The Senior Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, develop sales pipelines, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in business development, sales strategy, and relationship management
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills in identifying and pursuing market opportunities
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Knowledge of the food ingredients or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
Experience managing diverse client portfolios and achieving revenue targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to track and optimize business performance
