Sales Manager, APAC
At our Sydney HQ, we are on the lookout for a talented Sales Manager to spearhead our growth efforts across the Asia Pacific region. As part of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and iterating on our sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing team of Account Executives in full-cycle sales activities, including prospecting, pipeline development, new account acquisition, and existing customer expansion.
* Own the strategy and execution of your team's territory, with a focus on maximizing revenue generation and retention.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build sales playbooks and define our sales motion.
* Liaise with our valued customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Establish and maintain executive-level relationships both internally and externally.
Requirements:
* Proven excellence in high-velocity SaaS sales, with experience in new logo acquisition.
* A passion for coaching and rep development, particularly in building compelling business cases and creating urgency.
* 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
* 5+ years of leadership experience in sales organizations at a fast-growing software company.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships within and outside of sales.
* A track record of leading high-performing teams that exceed their sales targets.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and build thoughtful strategies.
* Engaging presentation skills, with a positive and open-minded attitude.
