Job Title: Chemistry Inside Sales Account Manager II
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to drive sales growth in our chemistry consumables products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business within all sales districts, meeting daily and weekly productivity metrics, and increasing market-share at existing accounts and prospecting new business opportunities.
* They will utilize telephone and electronic sales communication methodologies, including email and voicemail, to speak with and sell to laboratory end-users and decision-makers.
* Our ideal candidate will also partner with field sales counterparts to drive business, utilizing Waters' internal CRM database as a tool for tracking sales activities, open opportunities, and campaign follow-up initiatives.
* In addition, they will prepare and implement comprehensive business development activities for their assigned sales territory/market, delivering concise and relevant reports and updates on business development initiatives.
* The selected candidate will also work together with the local instrument sales and service team to grow revenue in our consumables and service business, leading qualification for inbound instrument opportunities, positioning and quoting Waters' consumables and billable service offerings, and cold calling and identification of new accounts.
* Finally, they will contribute to growing Waters' e-commerce business by expanding current offerings and seeking new e-procurement channels, as well as plan and execute PM planning for Australia, ordering parts, and scheduling.
