Social Worker – Allied Health Department
The Social Worker will be a valued member of the Allied Health Department and will work closely with medical, nursing and other allied health professionals in an interdisciplinary capacity to ensure optimal person‐centred healthcare is achieved. The successful applicant will provide high‐quality Social Work service provision and work as part of the wider clinical team to optimise patient flow and facilitate suitable care pathways into and out of the health service. Flexible hours required, including some weekend work.
