We are seeking a skilled Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier client support, delivering on-site assistance and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tackle complex technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
* Conduct site visits to provide hands-on assistance and guidance
* Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and tools
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of networking, cloud and M365 platforms, as well as the ability to configure network equipment. A minimum of 2-3 years experience in an MSP environment is also required.
