Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lawyer to support our Sales and Partnership teams across multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will have the ability to negotiate commercial agreements with enterprise customers and partners, while also providing strategic legal advice to enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate and draft commercial contracts, including master services agreements, master partnership agreements, and vendor agreements.
* Collaborate with the Sales and Partnership teams on new opportunities, RFPs, and deal structuring.
* Provide guidance on legal and operational risk management to ensure seamless business operations.
Requirements
* 5-7 years' experience working as legal counsel in a Global Technology Company.
* Experience with SaaS sales and commercial contracts, as well as data privacy and AI compliance.
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in the SaaS industry.
* Familiarity with employment law, data privacy law, and corporate governance matters.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and handle competing priorities.
* Knowledge of regulations and best practices impacting data governance, data management, and artificial intelligence.
