About the Role

The SAP S/4HANA Senior HCM Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within S/4HANA environments. This role focuses on optimizing HR processes such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Employee Self-Service, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and compliance with business requirements.

Location: Auckland/ Australia

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementation within S/4HANA projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP HCM modules.
* Configure and customize HCM components such as:
* Organizational Management (OM)
* Time Management (PT)
* Payroll (PY)
* ESS/MSS
* Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best-practice solutions.
* Ensure integration with Finance, Payroll, and SuccessFactors where applicable.
* Prepare and execute testing strategies (SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs).
* Support data migration activities for HCM-related data during S/4HANA transformation.
* Develop training materials and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to HR and IT teams.
* Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and optimization of HCM processes.
* Maintain compliance with labor laws, data security, and organizational policies.

Required Skill & Qualifications

* 10+ years in SAP HCM implementations, with at least 4+ years in S/4HANA projects.
* Strong expertise in Time Management and Payroll configuration.
* Hands on Experience in BIB integration and point to point integration.
* Hands on Experience in integration with third party time tools .
* Hands-on experience with WRICEF objects, schemas, rules, and integration points.
* Knowledge of data migration tools and processes for HCM.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
* Certifications in SAP HCM or S/4HANA
