Ostojic Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with hands‐on civil machinery operating experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, leads by example, and understands the practical realities of civil works from the ground up.to join our team on a full-time basis.
What you'll be doing
* Lead, coordinate, and supervise civil construction crews
* Oversee daily site operations, scheduling, and workflow
* Operate machinery when required to support project delivery
* Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company procedures
* Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and risk assessments
* Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Monitor progress, quality, and resource allocation
* Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor (or leading hand ready to step up)
* Strong background in civil machine operation (e.g., excavators, loaders, rollers, skid steers)
* Solid understanding of civil construction processes and standards
* Ability to lead and motivate teams
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
* Commitment to safety and quality
* Current driver's licence; relevant machinery tickets highly regarded
