In this role, you'll bring our brand to life across property campaigns and national brand initiatives — supporting a vast network of real estate and agricultural professionals.This is your chance to join a growing, vibrant team operating in a fast-paced industry where no two days are the same.**About the Role**As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-quality creative materials that reflect Elders' values and align with our brand strategy. With strong exposure to property marketing, you'll understand how to present farmland, land and lifestyle properties in a way that resonates with diverse audiences — from farmers to investors to regional buyers and lifestyle seekers.**Responsibilities:*** Lead the execution of high-value listing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard* Develop high-impact materials, including: + Listing presentations + Campaign advertising (print & digital) + Flyers, signage, digital assets and product campaign materials + Brand and seasonal marketing collateral* Create accessible templates and digital design solutions to ensure brand consistency across agencies and branches* Prioritise design requests in consultation with the Marketing Manager* Support creative direction across property and agribusiness campaigns* Ensure brand guidelines are upheld and adaptable across multiple regions and campaign types* Provide expert graphic design advice to business units nationwide* Contribute to the ongoing development of visual standards across the brand* Deliver high-quality projects on time, even within high-volume, deadline-driven environments**About You**You're an experienced designer who understands the fast pace of property campaigns and/or the nuances of agricultural marketing. You know how to design materials that sell listings, promote services and build trust in regional communities.You will bring:* Minimum 5 years' professional graphic design experience* Strong background in real estate marketing design and/or agricultural sector communications* Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat essential)* Experience creating print-ready property materials and digital campaign assets* HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript skills (desirable)* Video editing skills (desirable)* Exceptional attention to detail and production accuracy* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of requests and tight campaign deadlines* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* Ability to confidently manage stakeholders across multiple offices and regions* Experience taking a concept from brief through to finished artwork**About Elders**As a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
