Knight Street Dentists and Tatura Dental Care are established practices in Shepparton and Tatura.
Our practice has a well established team accustomed to working in a fast paced environment.
We seek individuals to join our team that genuinely care about the welfare of our patients and growth of the clinic.
This is a part time role (4-4.5 days a week) that is a cross between dental assisting and reception duties.
Although experience is preferred, traineeships will be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent communication skills and time management skills are crucial in this role.
Tasks & responsibilities
Be professional, courteous, friendly and supportive.
Manage appointment schedules for multiple practitioners in an efficiency and time sensitive manner.
Process payments, claims and complete reporting.
Have excellent communication skills; a background in a receptionist role or customer service role will be favourable.
Have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office software package.
Demonstrate working efficiently managing a large portfolio of clients.
