The Role:
Lead transformative marketing strategies for our Orthopaedic Instruments product group (power tools). In this role, you'll influence product launches, customer engagement, and market growth—making a real impact on improving patient outcomes worldwide.
What You Will Do
Define and execute product, program, and portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain industry networks to monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Author and align key strategic documents, including annual marketing plans and product launch plans.
Anticipate emerging customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to meet evolving needs.
Initiate and lead new product and service offerings based on customer insights and market analysis.
Manage marketing budgets, analyze variances, and deliver accurate financial reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and outcomes.
Build relationships with industry thought leaders and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
