You'll be based at our Ambalindum Aggregation — an incredible 1.8 million acres stretching across Ambalindum Station, Numery Station, and Quartz Hill. Picture this: wide open skies, vast red ranges, and scenery so good you'll want to grab your camera daily. Nestled in the stunning East MacDonnell Ranges, you'll be working on country renowned for its reliable rainfall, top-notch rangelands, and landscapes that will stop you in your tracks.

What can you expect day-to-day?
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate daily cattle and station operations
* Train, mentor & develop team members to build a high-performing crew
* Oversee property and infrastructure upkeep (fencing, water systems & more)
* Operate & maintain vehicles, plant, and machinery
* Maintain accurate livestock and operational records
* Run daily/weekly team meetings
* Support & model strong safety practices across the station
What you will bring to the team
Strong experience in livestock management & station operations
Solid leadership and communication skills
A knack for organising teams and getting the best out of people
Experience with livestock management hardware/software
A proactive, dependable approach with a high standard of work
Commitment to safety & positive station culture
Confident horsemanship and cattle handling skills
