About the role
Reporting to the People & Culture Business Manager, the People & Culture Coordinator plays a critical role in providing high‑quality operational and administrative support to the P&C function. Based in Gladstone, this role supports projects across Victoria and Queensland and works closely with P&C Business Partners, Recruitment, Payroll, and operational leaders.

Key responsibilities
* Provide transactional support across onboarding and offboarding, including preparation and issue of employment contracts
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring high standards of document control and confidentiality
* Respond to P&C enquiries and coordinate with relevant team members to ensure timely resolution
* Support reporting requirements across recruitment, HR metrics, performance reviews and diversity reporting
* Contribute to P&C projects and continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.
About you
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources is mandatory. This role may be suitable for early‑career HR professionals, including recent graduates or candidates with a degree and some practical industry exposure.
* Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach
* Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office (SAP experience desirable)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
