We are currently seeking an experienced Project Controls Officer to join our Gladstone Operations team, on a long-term contract on Curtis Island. Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: • Full-time position. • Opportunity for growth and career development • Safety and wellbeing at the forefront of our culture Key responsibilities will include: • Establish project baselines and monitor performance against plans. • Track project costs, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with budgets. • Prepare and analyse Earned Value Management (EVM) reports. • Support the preparation of progress reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. • Identify, analyse, and report on project variances and trends. • Interface with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather and validate project control data. • Support risk and change management processes including impact assessments on cost and schedule. • Assist in the preparation of project control procedures, templates, and standards. • Participate in project reviews and audits as required.
