The Sales & Service Coordinator plays a critical role within the Service Department by supporting technicians and apprentices, coordinating with customers, and overseeing operational workflows. Acting as the central link between clients, field teams, suppliers, this role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Create, manage, and track jobs in Simpro for accurate workflow monitoring
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries over the phone, via email and the web ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively
* Manage and receipt service air conditioner unit orders and wholesale supplier transactions
* Support technicians and apprentices by providing required job information and resources as required
* Maintain strong customer relationships and respond promptly to enquiries
About You
You’re organised, confident and thrive in a busy environment.
You may have experience in coordination, administration or a service-based role, and you’re comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Scheduling experience is highly regarded, but not essential — what matters most is your ability to stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and keep everything running smoothly.
You’re a clear communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams. You take pride in your attention to detail, enjoy problem-solving, and aren’t afraid to take initiative when something needs action.
Experience with Simpro or similar job management software is an advantage, but we’re open to someone who is tech-savvy and quick to learn.
