They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Area Manager to join their team on a full-time basis to successfully manage their Geelong Team.
The responsibilities of this role are:
* Create, develop and foster new business
* Manage both the Sales and Construction Teams
* Review business trends and adjust as required
* Ensure OHS and Legal guidelines are met
* Ensure brand presence within the local community
Experience/Skills required:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a residential construction company
* Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Finance)
* Considerable exposure to budget and cost handling
