About the role: Working closely with the Partners, day to day you will: work across a mix of insurance areas, including workers' compensation; build strong client relationships including with self insured corporates as well as large insurers; and both run your own files as well as assist on larger matters - given the excellent team structure in place, you will be assured great mentoring from both a friendly and approachable Partners and Senior Associates in the team. About you: To be considered for this role you will have: 2-4 years post admission experience, with previous experience in workers' compensation being highly desirable; ideally have worked in a national or recognised boutique insurance law firm; good experience in managing your own files (for your level); and well developed communication skills in dealing with your clients and managing expectations.
